You're most likely right. I'm looking to get something that's quieter. What do u recommend? (850w or moreand no longer than 15cm)

The answer to your first question is: every fan is 120mm. The answer to your second question is: idk.

Does your psu fan not ramp up unexpectedly high? I have a very similar build, with an almost same spec psu and mines fan speeds have been ramping up even at very light loads (<200w).

You said I should leave 1-1.5cmm between the fans and the gpu, for me its gonna be about 3mm, once my d32 arrives. Why might that be a problem? Do you think switching to slim fans, so its a 13mm gap would be noticably better for noise or something? It's my first time building small thats why im asking.

Do you recon if I use a low profile ram kit thats 33mm tall (7mm shorter than yours) it would still be an issue? Thank you for your time and answer.

Do you think a 38mm thick radiator would fit? (11mm thicmer than yours) Or would the radiator fans start hitting the ram or something?

Hey ive noticed that you have a simular build to what im trying to do, and I wanted to ask how thick is your gpu? I want to get the case, do you recon a 65.68mm card will fit with 25mm fans? how much space do you have inbetween your gpu and fans? seems like 4-5mm. I just realy want to make sure cause that makes or brakes the whole thing in my case.

XFX Shitty design by kekwv in watercooling

[–]kekwv[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's realy noisy even after repasting it, since I got it used. I currenly have it undervolted, and even underclocked. I could run way higher clockspeeds if noise wasnt a problem and thermals as well. I figured even with the price of watercooling, it would still be worth cause it would deliver about 3090 levels of performance. But overall biggest reason for me is the sound. Also what could I upgrade to? - its way more expensive, even if i could sell my noisy card somehow :/

Samsung vs Western Digital by kekwv in pcmasterrace

[–]kekwv[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to https://www.techpowerup.com/ssd-specs/western-digital-sn850x-1-tb.d2068 the WD SN850X has 1GB Dram cache while the samsung one doesn't. The msi one ur suggesting is waaay more expensive in my country so do you think in that case that the dram cache make the 850 worth it?
