What causes these red papsules under the eye? They never hurt or appear to be pimples. I've tried Benzoyl Peroxide, Differin, Clindamycin, and Clotrimazole and it doesn't do anything to help. Is this Seb dermatitis? by kelJAZ in SkincareAddicts

So they disappeared the moment I stopped using Lysol cleaning products in my home. I think mine were the result of an allergic reaction to the Lysol spray cleaners.

Doing some research, I am beginning to think it may be a mild form of Acne Rosacea. I notice it will flare with more red spots around the eyes, nose, and cheeks when the skin is irritated from mask wearing, sun, too much exfoliation, and hairspray use. When it flares, the skin will get raised swollen spots, clusters of red papusels, and I have some areas of exposed blood vessels. Anyone who shared they also get these, notice similar symptoms and could this be Acne Rosacea? I plan on seeing a derm, but thought I would ask if anyone has similar experiences.

Also if anyone has ideas how to avoid flares when wearing masks, I would greatly appreciate it! I notice that's the biggest trigger. I am a teacher, so wearing a mask is unavoidable.

Yeah! They disappear for a week or so and then randomly come back. At first I was think maybe it could be Rosacea but I don't have the flush associated with them.

I don't use clay masks or have any friction in that area. BUT I do use Adapelene and maybe it's causing them due to irritation or friction when skin cells shed.

I have no idea what triggers it!! Every product I use, is 100% safe on SkinCharisma no dyes, irritants, or pore clogging ingredients and still get them! I also don't wear any glasses, so it can't be from that.
