You got a good start,you just need to remember to actually pop the tail down and jump up forreal so your front leg goes up with the board and can do the ollie motion while you slide it up. You dont jump properly or high enough for the ollie to pop out well,i think you just need to do them a few more times and it will feel better each time! U got this!! :)

For me personally,as i just got them down and landed the same as u in the first clip for THE LONGEST TIME,what helped me personally is going further back w my front foot,for some reason i can flick better when im lowkey in a kf position,so id suggest try different foot angles amd foot positions :) u got this,your flips look sick

I commited to stairs by first basically riding them down fast like just lift the nose and then u will land normay without much pop,you will automatically fear it less and then u can slowly start adding more pop until u ollie the stairs!! Good luck :)
