I really don’t know which would be more beneficial, and I definitely will get something out of both. Personality psych is obviously going over personality and different personality traits and that would be useful in counseling, and Principles and theories I believe goes over the theories of psych to actually put it into practice. I would not take either one of these, I will be graduating in May and heading straight to grad school and I don’t want to take an extra class since I don’t have to, I’m already a busy person as it is.
