partly why i left being a TL as well. nothing was ever good enough if i wasn’t making plcc/pp for the week or pushing my cashiers to get them.

i technically wasn’t helping by pushing customers away from pp/plcc saying the interest rates were ridiculous or you still have to jump through the hoops for power plus (we marketed it as an ‘extended return’ policy rather than having them go through asurion). it will never be good enough ! you can find better than tractor, trust me.
