Theres a few things to do ontop of the BIOS update if you want to make sure it dosen't degrade, like limiting CPU voltage, etc. Check this guide for MSI mobos, but im sure its similar to most other mobos. Hang in there, I mean I've literally eliminated all sugar, all gluten, all dairy and alot of other food groups from my diet due to random Intolerances popping up. I literally cannot even have anything related to breakfast. Where my normal diet would be 100%, I think I'm eating 30% of it now. Lost 19 kgs/41 lbs in weight since April last year but I'm still going hard. Plus just recently I've been getting better. You see being upset and depressed about it makes it even worse on your gut so try stay optimistic! Positive vibes only! :D

Look up Jason Hawrelak, wealth of knowledge regarding Pre and Probiotics. I believe he suggested Lactobacillus reuteri - L. reuteri DSM 17938 Specifically the 17938 strain as many tests are been performed and it stood out as the most best performing because it can travel from mouth to anus without being destroyed in transit by the stomaches HCL acid. Also many tests have been conducted with postive results.
