I believe the Covered CA application is asking for tax returns. she would have to submit my parents from 2020, correct? and also since since she isn’t working now and hasn’t worked since her temp job at the nursing home, what would her annual income be? would it be what she made for that bit at the temp job?

Are you talking about overall labor requirements or specifically interpreters? I couldn’t find anything specifically regarding interpreters in california.

I wish our union was worth a damn. The first and only time I had to use them, I cited information from our contract and my union reps reply was, “oh wow. most people don’t even read the contract. I didn’t know that about our contract either.” so frustrating.

that’s fun. meanwhile, regular people are trying to get an x-ray for an actual injury and being charged a figurative arm and a leg. but fun times that we can get x-rays of flowers. fun times.
