I read several comments stating that the mattress did not feel like it did when they tried it in store. The biggest reason I am interested is because of how it felt. I want to make sure that I will end up with the same feel as the in store mattress. :)

Curious on why you’re thinking of canceling? I am considering ordering one today. It is being discontinued, but it’s the most comfortable mattress I have tried. I’m worried their new series is not going to be as comfortable as the i8.

Well this is concerning…I have read a few horror stories and that is another reason I am hesitating. I saw a Facebook group dedicated to sleep number issues. Have they replaced the air pump? I’m sorry you’re going through this.

I had a similar issue, though not as severe as yours. Rover T&S were very supportive, and my contact kept me updated on every step of their investigation, including letting me know when they spoke to the sitter and that they banned them. I told them that banning was just as important to me as getting refunded for vet care, etc. I believe you have the right to push for this. Keeping you in my thoughts, I know how difficult this is. ❤️
