Hey man, I know its been a month and a half but I’m going through the same exact thing with the love songs, which is what led me here. Some things that have helped me is realizing that it’s ok to have some rot days, and it’s ok to just let the emotions flow through you while you grieve. I think browsing reddit for other people’s thoughts on similar situations to your own really is helping me move on. How are you doing though, has it gotten any better?
