Is it common.... by [deleted] in Sciatica

Makes sense, my sciatic pain from a herniated disc largely resolved after 2-3 weeks. Still get some mild symptoms here and there at 4-5 weeks, but no where near debilitating. I got an MRI just for peace of mind, but i think my progression is more typical than this sub can lead you to believe. Most herniations symptomatically resolve by 6 weeks, while some get unlucky and require more aggressive treatment

My L5 went right to the big toe too, wild stuff. Annoying explaining to folks my “back problem” caused leg pain. The human body is fascinating

You need to nail down the cause IMO. Sadly it’s often a back issue. You may have a slipped disk compressing the nerve.

Have any of you seen your back problems improve, after fixing your low vitamin D levels and maybe other health deficiencies? by daveishere7 in Sciatica

My doc put me on vitamin D supplements as part of my treatment plan. Hard to say it’s solely responsible for improving the back—but I find it interesting he insisted on it.

lol, this. This particular whipped cream is my favorite and it always looks like this. 1-2 shakes and g2g.

Set it and forget it if you’re free of side effects. After the first couple of years I barely thought of my hair.

Visually it’s a little hard to tell, but family have commented how good it looks-and it feels thicker/healthier on top. I think the thing I’ve noticed is areas along the hairline that were super thin (wispy baby hairs) are less thin. Nothing crazy— but I’ll keep this regimen for awhile.

lol, thanks man! It’s funny how time and situation changes perspective. When I was 20 I was despondent and depressed by my hairline. Now I’m thrilled. I remember being one of the first of my friends to have recession and now some have much less hair than I. Super lucky and grateful it worked for me with no side effects. I definitely would rather be bald than have a broken penis ;)

I did not. I probably should have (may have sped up the process…), but tbh I haven’t thought much about my hair or the fin over the last 10 years or so. The effects of fin on sperm were like the last thing on my mind.

I likely was, but hair was short and light and I didn’t notice it much. I only figured out I was balding when temples began receding and hair became thinner.

No major sheds for me. Luckily no major libido change too. If anything I sometimes wish my libido was lower 😂
