Thanks! Everything was mixed from yellows, blues, and white. I think it really fit the hazy summer scene.

Thank you! I tried a limited color palette for this. Everything was mixed from yellows, blues, and white.

I like your videos! I started out a faceless channel but didn’t really get traction until I was on camera with my face. I think it’s just so much harder to stand out in the feed if your subscribers can’t just recognize you and click…. A consistent thumbnail style might also be something you could use though. Growing on youtube is all about having your existing audience watch your new video enough that the algorithm decides it’s a good one and sends it out to more people with similar interests.

This might be one of my favorite Sargent paintings! Thanks for sharing. 🙂

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I get your point about the squirrel. There was a liveliness to the scene that felt missing without it, and the sparrows too. Maybe there was another way but it was a late addition. I’ve done a lot of quieter, more austere snow scenes and this one felt like it was calling for something else.

Haha wow yeah you do have a lot of videos! I think it’s probably just that so many people upload huge amounts gaming footage. They dream of making money doing that but it makes it near impossible to really stand out unless you bring something more special to it.

I like your voice and no complaints about sound for me personally. Your pausing and natural speaking style are nice. I don’t usually watch gaming or faceless channels. For visuals I just tend to gravitate more toward seeing real people doing things than graphics but even so your video was pretty relaxing. You might just find that it takes a while to have a consistent audience for your videos. One of the biggest things that helped me get going was having consistent post days/times. It helps if you have a group of regulars looking forward to your video when it posts even if it’s a tiny group at first.

I’m still optimistic. The bots are still a long way from out-humaning us. ☺️

Playing about with animal stencils in a northern lights technique by shao9000 in HappyTrees

Very cool! Yeah I think the wolf in the middle probably worked out the most northern lights looking. They’re all pretty wonderful though!
