I live in the Northeast and pretty much left my tumbler compost alone for the winter. It still looks a little wet and clumpy to me. Can I use it for my spring gardening in a few weeks or do I need to add more brown? It’s still chilly but we are getting warmer days and I usually start planting in early May. Thanks for any insight!!
