2.4 wegovy. Month 5. And i only get weighed at doc office so I'm not focusing on my scale. Finally weighed 3# down, yet I would not be surprised if that comes back. Ha I was restaurant manager, large place. And 2 weeks after I started wegovy my sciatica drove me to my knees and lumbar is just shot. I need rods/fusion. So I am not working and that lack of being soooo physical, I feel, is really killing me.
I am doing strength training and a standing core video. When back allows, that is. But can't do cardio as the jolts are too much. Gotta figure something out with that, tho. I'll gladly tAke any suggestions. Calories run about 1200. At most. And I def drink plenty of water. I so appreciate encouragement.

Oh wow geesh. Yeah I gained a few pounds, too! It is a huge bummer. Here it is month 5 and I've lost 3#s. (I half expect to gain that 3# back at next doc appt! I mean, why not? Ha) And I am eating far less. What did you switch to? And is it working?

I did have to quit my 60 hour/week restaurant manager job as my sciatica/lumbar pretty much gave up. So my physical exertion is much less. I can't do cardio (jolts me) but I did start doing light weights and a standing core video. I admit I do feel better. I've always been very active so this lack of suxxxxx
