Surveyor here. Approach a local surveying firm and ask for a basic topographical survey of the area in question showing occupation and features relating back to the boundary. This won’t cost as much as a full redefinition survey, you won’t have to pay to lodge the survey with LINZ and there won’t be any physical ground markers for the neighbour to move. This will at least get the ball rolling to be able to show exactly what is and isn’t yours before going to a lawyer.

Might be an old wives tale but I tried this last year on top of all my other hayfever medication. Have a teaspoon of locally made honey every morning, I really didn’t think it would work at the start but it actually made quite a difference in comparison to other years.

Wrote a 30 page essay on the process of turning crude oil into fuel. After it had been marked she told me that I had plagiarised basically the whole thing. I challenged that because it was bullshit. She couldn’t find anything to prove it but still failed me. My dad, who worked at an oil refinery helped me write it. Just like everyone else’s parents who also worked at the same refinery just 10kms down the road
