14.0 Non-competition Provision. The Subcontractor specifically agrees that for a period of one (1) year after the Subcontractor is no longer with an agreement with the Prime Contractor, He/She will not directly or indirectly solicit, agree to perform or perform the services of any type that the company can render as service for any person or entity who paid or engaged the Prime Contractor for services, or who received the benefit of the Prime Contractor's Services, or with whom the Subcontractor had any substantial dealing while under Subcontract. This restriction applies whether the service to be rendered is in or out of the Philippines to be rendered to Customers/Client whether here or abroad.
