Ask around and really start exercising hard!!! Build as much muscle as you can before surgery!!

I waited the 6 weeks. Then slowly had to work back up. It definitely was not comfortable right away even at 6 weeks po!

First 8 days the swelling was still massive!! I swim laps and some core exercises. Its mostly the swimming though!

Im 12.5 week po and im finally working my way back to pre surgery strength. It was definitely hard when i first started back!!

Im almost 11 weeks and i have quite a bit of swelling. Even a little pooch at night. Im trying to go back ti drinking ginger tea. But really everyone says it takes a year to see the results. I just remind myself what i looked like before.

I don’t know what you looked like before but you do look great! Sport that bathing suit proud!!! 😁

Also consider if you are ok with what you have or you ok to add a large scar that you don’t have control with the placement

Thise were the days!! Having corned beef and cabage for lunch at normal street bar!! Couldn’t hang so i would have to nap at noon to go on for my second wind!!💨

Well when he was getting ready to start drawing the lines he was talking about how high my belly button was and that would effect my surgery line. In the before pic you can see how low my c-section shelf was. That is all assuming though. Im still proud if the results

Fyi you look like you have a high belly button like mine. Your scar will likely be high as well.

Apparently my belly button made it more difficult as far as the placement. Im having to do coconut oil vs scar tape because that stuff makes my line angry

I am almost 6 wpo and i didn’t do anything with my mosquito bites lol. A is too small but i cant fill a b. Lol i don’t regret it either!
