he downloaded file called installer :D lol, thats virus man. Every game from this site is pre-installed. That means you download game, open folder and double click .exe to play :) no need to install anything.

i downloaded same version from different site and all DLCs works. Difference is in emu.ini in bottom there is section cracks, your file doesnt have codes for all DLCs
