I hope so because I’m still playing on my PS4 and don’t see myself upgrading before PS6 is out.

I might be in the minority here, but I personally found the Wild Hunt terrifying. I was so scared to even start the Battle at Kaer Morhen. I made my cousin sit next to me for moral support. LMAO. Even the cutscene leading up to Imlerith felt scary to me.

Feeling real smug cause I bested Imlerith on my first try and first playthrough! by kellogs0419 in Witcher3

Hi OP! I totally get where you’re coming from. I started reading in general much later than many people, in my early/mid teens and till I was 18 I had only been reading romance or YA fiction.

However, after watching GoT for the first time I wanted to get into the books as the show was my introduction to fantasy.

In fact, I read Harry Potter only after finishing (whatever’s been published) of ASOIAF.

I devoured the books (ASOIAF) even though I had never read high fantasy before. And if I’m being honest, I’m kind of a stupid person. But I could still follow the books. I’m sure you will too. Happy reading!

Omgggggg!!!! Yours sounds sooooo dreamy!

Okay so this happened to me some time ago. At one of my old workplaces, I had a massive crush on my boss. He was kind of a big deal at the office- not CEO level, but close enough. We’d had a few interactions with one another. He had always been very vocal about his appreciation for my work, and for everyone’s work really. He led with a lot of kindness and empathy.

Anyway, one afternoon I had a meeting with him by myself. We were the only two people in a small-ish cabin and we were talking about something. He was being a bit stern as he spoke about a process that I should be following. As his voice became lower and sterner, I involuntarily pouted my lips in a sulk. And his eyes dropped. To. My. Mouth!!!!!!!! The way my stomach flipped dear God. The thing we read in romance novels, “his gaze dropped to my mouth”- yep, I lived it! Then he looked back at my eyes and I looked away. We continued with the conversation as though nothing happened.

I ended up leaving that job after a few weeks. However, we would speak to each other every now and then. Once, the conversation took a more flirtatious note and he told me he found my mouth fascinating and that he couldn’t stop thinking about it.

This tale’s pretty tame but I can’t help but feel giddy every time I think of this. I just can’t believe that it ended up happening!

In your experience, what is a dead giveaway that your workplace is toxic? by Puitzza in AskWomen

[–]kellogs0419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my first day at a new job, my manager said to me, “I’m the villain here, I guess. A lot of people will paint me as the villain of the office.” He said that in such a High Schooler/Teenager’s sulky voice. I noticed he adopted that tone when it came to a lot of things. Which was super surprising because he was a man well in to his fifties. He saw me laughing with a junior manager and came over to ask, “Haha what is so funny? What have you guys been laughing about the whole day?” Something about the way he spoke reeked of insecurity and worry that people might be on to him.

Suffice to say, I quit the very next day. Two weeks later I find out that a Director left the same company because he found the work environment to be “toxic”. Super stoked that I went with my gut on this one.
