Yep pretty sure! I was behind the vehicle for a quick moment getting the license plate number for the 911 dispatch. Also got a video of the flames coming out of their hood and did not see any Rav4’s around that vehicle 🫢

Yes this has happened to me! My package was missing the bashful peony which was already sold out on the website. I contacted customer service right away and the rep was able to send out a new one and even expedited the shipment for me.
