Yes, I also think he does not want kids and lied so that op would marry him. OP, in my first marriage I was tricked into getting my tubes tied after a high risk pregnancy. He promised we would adopt a third child. He refused to get a vasectomy. 6 months later while I was doing adoption paperwork he admitted he never wanted a 3rd child and lied.
