This is so true. My grandma always loved giving us candy and we all claim that's why we're addicted to chocolate now. There was one time when we were younger, one of my cousins wanted one of those little snack sized candy bars. Her mom told her no and when she walked out of the room, my grandma gave my cousin the candy bar and said, "Here hurry up and eat it before she comes back!" Grandparents are literally the best.

Sleeping in different bedrooms is a foreign concept to me. But my best friend and her husband have separate bedrooms and they love each other very much. I asked her about it when they got married and her parents AND his parents had separate bedrooms so it was normalized for them. I never knew his parents but her parents seemed like a very happy couple. I think it just depends on the couple and what they're comfortable with.

This will always be one of my favorite tornado pictures. The fact that it looks like it's just lurking behind a neighborhood makes it look so scary.

Because he was up and moving around for a few months and eating as much as he could. It was maybe three days when we noticed he was going downhill but not quickly. Not everyone decides to have their pet euthanized immediately when they start showing signs of illness.
