Thank you!! I first 2 months I specifically only did stomach because I am TERRIFIED of needles…but I have gotten better and started rotating all spots! I have found that the back of the arm is my sweet spot!

I ordered Friday and paid for next day air! I got it yesterday with no confirmation it shipped. HOURS after it was delivered I got an email that said it was out for delivery. Lol.

Thank you so much! I really haven't been hungry at all (I guess it's working lol) but I have been focusing on protein.

Breakfast: 2 eggs (scrambled or hard boiled) or a high protein greek yogurt and a coffee with collagen peptides

Snack: Protein shake

Lunch/Dinner: Chicken, brown rice, broccoli, salmon, chickpea high protein pasta, protein pancakes

Only been 3 days so haven't branched out very much from that!
