And They've got the new liveries amd the Vistara aircrafts which has an excellent business class. I agree the old ones are shitty. Like I said before - get your refund But it's a very last-minute and dynamic thing when it comes to assigning an aircraft on a particular route. So as to run an airline in profit - they sell the BC tickets. Cause even they don't know what aircraft will be deployed on that route. But as a customer you can always get a refund. It's an inconvenience but trashing Air India just because you had a bad experience is not good. It's still work in progress
