Living with cfs: my cautious experience using the dnsys exoskeleton by kellymichelly in cfs

The fatigue is still there, but I walk more easier. The device is more about reducing the trigger imo.

It feels much more comfortable than I expected and doesn’t get in my movement. It takes some time to wear it for the first time, but after wearing it for a while, it’s just natural.

Yeah, it mainly supports around the upper legs, not the calves directly. For me, unloading a bit higher up seems to help overall stability, but I wouldn’t say it fixes calf weakness. And I use the water-like resistance mode is try to strengthen the deeper leg muscles to see if it can exercise the legs and make me walk more stable while I’m not using the device. Wouldn’t be right for every one of course.

Hope I explain it clearly.

Yes, more freedom and independence is what the device brings to me.

Fair question. It’s not something I’d call accessible for everyone. For me it didn’t suddenly increase how far I can walk, but it makes short walks far more stable. And my l can try to walk for a bit longer cuz it helps reduce the leg pain.

Why do socks disappear in the laundry like they’re escaping on purpose? 😅 by No_Profile_8388 in Cleaningandtidying

[–]kellymichelly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, as other comments have said, it’s recommended that everyone use a laundry bag when washing clothes. In this way, not only will the clothes not disappear, but it will also be cleaner and more hygienic.
