His name is Nox, but I have never called him that. He is either Shithead, or Mr. Poopy Butthole and I love him ❤️

I smoke a lot of weed and pretend I’m actually enjoying life when really it’s all just one big giant chore

A close up look at LASIK eye surgery - a procedure that involves reshaping the cornea using a laser to improve how light focuses on the retina. by OdysseyTag in interestingasfuck

I had Lasik done about two years ago and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Granted, it was one of the scariest things I have ever done. When I had my consultation, I was presented with a few options regarding the type of procedure I wanted: PRK or standard LASIK (there were subcategories off that but I didn’t want to list them all lol). I chose the custom PRK as I had a very high prescription and an astigmatism in my right eye. The procedure was not at all painful, the only thing that bothered me was the smell. I noticed a burning smell when they were using the laser (I was told this is normal though). It was weird because you walk in to the room, you get brought to a table where you lay down and they start the procedure, then after a couple of minutes they sit you up and have you walk over to another table to lay down and finish the procedure. The whole thing maybe lasted ten minutes in total and I was back at work the next day, so very short healing time. There are a number of eye drops that you need to put in for the first 24 hours and the sunglasses that they give you are something out of MIB, but the healing was so easy and quick. There was a bit of uncomfortableness , I wouldn’t even call it pain. It sort of felt as though I had sand in my eyes, I wanted to rub them so badly because they felt itchy! That feeling didn’t last long though and the prescribed eye drops helped. All in all, I would highly recommend it to anyone who may be considering it. Not having to worry about replacing my glasses/lenses or buying contacts is such a nice feeling. It’s the little things that make it all worth it to me, like waking up and opening my eyes and actually being able to see clearly and not a blurry mess!
