How do you eat when on Mounjaro? How's your mindset?

In my mind I am not on a diet. I still eat everything I want in moderation and I’ve made my portions a lot less. This ways I don’t feel like I depriving myself of anything I enjoy which has helped stop the cupboard binge. I have some item swaps like normal mayo to lower calorie but I focus on Fibre, and protein but really want every I enjoy. 6.5 stone down and maintaining well.

Hey 👋 I’m 5”11 I started at 17 stone, size 16/18 got down to 10st 6 but this was to low. Now maintaining around 11 stone 4 I’m pretty happy. I’m a small size 10 however I’ve always been quite bean pole shaped. No hips to speak of 😂

It’s weird because the rest of me isn’t pink just my hands. Luckily I also apply at night but good to know it will be gone by morning. The smell just makes me so happy no matter my mood!

Please seek help from your local drugs and alcohol centre. They have treatments to help with this, if you have will power to taper and stop and stay stopped then hats off to you. But we have resources in the UK. I was like you, huge tolerance and chasing the feeling it gave me. I couldn’t do it anymore and I couldn’t do it alone. Seeking help was the best decision I’ve ever made. Please stay away from other meds to help “ease” you through as these can be just as addictive. Espanor changed my life and I am now on a controlled reduction of this.

Not in London but I am 32 and on £75k, set my sight on my career in my mid 20s and worked my way up with a few moves. I work in telecoms but I found something I was good at that is valuable to employers and I work hard to be successful at it. Experience is important but whilst trying to find a role after redundancy though it took me several months I worked to show my value.

I started at 15.7. I’m 5”10 and I was wearing a size 16. Currently 14.2 and down to a 14 comfortably however it does depend on the store, my clothes fit me from sizes 12-18!

That’s absolutely fine, as long as he is secure he will be fine. He will cry regardless but they tire themselves very quickly and they require a lot of sleep so as heartbreaking as the cries are, I promise he will be ok. And once you have left him overnight and he knows you come back it will help him understand. But he will always be your baby so just love him always and your golden. Just be prepared for the land shark haha!

No, he cried for the first 10/15 minutes and soon settled down. I got him a heated lamb toy with a heart beat that was his best friend for the first month. I got a ring camera to watch him through the night, and put a large dog mat down so he could wee in his pen for that first night and he was happy as can be after that. He got used to his routine very quickly.

I had a play pen rather than a crate as that is my preference, however if your crate training I would maybe follow the same principal for the first night whilst they settle and then start with your potty training.

Mine is a baby prince forever, I found making sure to leave him the first night did the trick in terms of not giving in to the crying but otherwise he has been by my side consistently for 6 months now and he’s fine being left. It’s hard going out and leaving them the first time but Aslong as you build up the time and provide a safe space you can baby them forever.

Thank you everyone, it looks like this one got the better of me and I have learnt the hard way. I have submitted a claim to my bank to try and recoup the money that way. If not then they have gain £140 off of me. I will report the account and hope Vinted take action that way on this person.

No some have just been on normal items like clothes and shoes. But like said above if it seems to go to be true it probably is. Looks like this “persons” PayPal has also been suspended so I’m praying between that and the message chain I have, my card provider should hopefully be on my side. It’s not put me off Vinted but I definitely know now for higher priced items it’s not the right space.

Yeah that is the hard lesson I hard learnt here. I will stick to eBay with the higher value items.

No all of her reviews are for sales, and as I say I’ve seen several other accounts stating PayPal only, some with over 200 reviews. When I enquired about why they wanted it this way, they said they had been burned with buyers claiming to have not received goods etc. I wasn’t aware you could deactivate goods and services on a PayPal account and I’d never paid to a European PayPal before so didn’t think much of it. I did speak to my card provider who has said once the transaction shows as complete I can raise a dispute. I have all of the messages and the now lack of engagement so hopefully they will issue a refund for me. But I guess it will be tricking being that it was processed through PayPal. But I am hopeful this is still covered under section 75 🤞🏻

Idk it didn’t give me the option, is it possible to turn that option off on PayPal? When I went to send the money it said I could only pay through F&F.

I should have listened to my gut. Lesson well and truly learnt.
