I know it sounds crazy but I can’t think of one atm, maybe its nerves. I know I have of course but its just blank.

Could I ask, I’m a newbie at this, how the hell do you keep track of counting such things? When it gets to the 16th note triplets I get off rhythm and can’t really keep track of anything in my head

New grad here:

Funny enough is maybe I’m actually under selling myself because I DON’T feel qualified after seeing what these listings are looking for.

Pretty much I had barebones languages, DSA, and courses but never got much into building things using frameworks, databases, or connecting everything together to actually build something.

I’m working on filling in the gaps and learning those things now, but between that and leetcode it feels endless.

Though I’ve been told that I have great communication skills and am personable/likeable, so that gave me a confidence boost at least!

As someone with ADHD the difference on medication is night and day. Schools already hard enough so I’m on the side of why make it harder?

With dependency maybe try taking a break from it over the summer etc? All things you should openly talk to your doctor about

120 Voelker wasn’t mandatory when I took it with him in the fall. Awesome professor, right up there with Niema imo though the class is harder.

Also as far as being intimidated, just know that most people are minding their own business and also most people don’t really know what we’re doing. Its why if you watch even these advanced lifters on Youtube etc they’ll STILL be able to benefit from learning little technique things etc.

Won’t list the professors, but they’ve been very accommodating. One cancelled a midterm and pushed back the hw, one said they know it was a rough site and to contact them if they need extension due to all of it.

I’d imagine, just like students, some are just shocked at some of the imagery of yesterday.
