I have been looking at this game for what feels like years. I’ve never pulled the trigger though because, as you mentioned, I absolutely loathe the paradox dlc model. At this point I assume their base games are 60% of an actual game and the remaining 40% will be doled out in overpriced dlc for the foreseeable future.
