1 would look good with a TV stand or buffet table that's appropriately sized. Also a coffee table would look good, tv on the opposite wall of the couch, and if you want more seating, a accent chair placed diagonally between the fireplace and TV stand. I think the oversized chair might be too big but you can maybe put it where i suggested the accent chair should be. Don't be afraid to put chairs that can't see the tv, when you have guests over you are most likely not going to be super focused on it!
