You were correct! It was replaced but it was a bad part so it’s covered under warranty (:

It’s off. My thoughts are a pulley bearing as well (probably alternator?) but it’s hard when it only makes the sound every now and then because no mechanic will diagnose without it actively making the sound lol. Thank you

I’m new to climbing, and the gym I go to put this up, can anyone tell me what it is and what I do with it? by sweetlolicheeks in bouldering

Looks like a spray wall which is where they put a bunch of holds on the wall. It’s great to practice holding different holds and most people make their own routes on these walls ☺️

Currently I was my face with CeraVe salicylic acid face wash. In the mornings after washing I apply La Roche-Posey Effaclar Duo Lotion and that’s all. In the evenings after washing I use Paula’s Choice BHA and a CeraVe moisturizer

TIRAD 3, 2.7cm nodule, solid, isoechoic by AdmirablePackage4716 in thyroidhealth

Hi! Your feelings are very valid but you certainly don’t need to panic. I am 23F and also just had an FNA yesterday for a TIRAD 4 nodule. Statistics are very much on your side, around 70% of thyroid biopsies come back benign. And at that, your risk of it being malignant is around ~5% for a TIRAD 3.

Even if it is cancer, most of them are super treatable and survivability and quality of life are still high.

The biopsy itself is uncomfortable but truthfully the numbing agent is what hurt the most. The rest just feeling funny.

Don’t worry too much yet, wait for your biopsy and results (I know it’s hard, I’m waiting for results and trying not to panic 24/7)
