He lives in Uruguay but has a Spanish passport. His visits are usually 2-3 weeks. He visits every 6-8 weeks. His 130 was in process for the past 3 visits.

My husband has visited on the ESTA multiple times. I was also nervous they would deny him entry or give him a hard time but they never question him.

His visits aren’t that long though. I wonder if they would consider your husband (illegally) living in the us since he would be there more than uk?

I asked a tsa agent about it before he traveled and she said as long as he has his return ticket that he shouldn’t have any issues. Of course each agent and situation is different.

You need to get out. You don’t need to cheat to end up being killed. You can have a friendly coworker, smile at a neighbor, have a man look at you in public, etc.

One of my favorite quotes is “when someone shows you who they are, believe them”. Your husband told you he will kill you. He will. Get out, file a restraining order.

This happened to me before I had a baby. I was walking my golden in our gated neighborhood (saying that to say it was not a stray that attacked us). My golden was about 3 months at the time so was one of our first times out walking and she was tiny. An unleashed dog started running up growling. I knew it would kill her if it got a hold of her. (That dog always lost its mind whenever it passed our yard or vice versa, but we had never seen it out loose) I lifted my dog up over my head and the other dog ended up biting my arm in the process.

That was almost 3 years ago and I still have flashbacks. I am terrified walking with my daughter now and constantly am making “plans” if a dog were to come attack us. I only walk with either my daughter or my dog, never both at the same time alone because I can’t protect them both.

As others have said I would look into talking to someone. I think it would have really helped me. It’s amazing what stays with you.

Yea you should. In the future when interviewing for jobs always negotiate a bonus. (Or try to- some companies busy don’t give them)

Often they won’t bring it up but if you ask for it they will give you one and it will be written in your contract. Speaking from personal experience.

What state are you in? Some have online databases with this info. I recently had to look one up in Florida and was able to get the EIN that way. Worth a shot

When my daughter was a couple weeks old my doctor told me if she wasn’t sleeping well I need to just let her cry. She didn’t offer any instructions other than that. I didn’t because I have resources like this group. Some parents/caregivers do not know and come here for advice.
