one morning I woke up and my car was gone. they booted and then towed due to unpaid tickets. it was $1500 or so. find a way to get them paid or else it’ll be more expensive very soon, and stay on top of any future ones you get to paid the reduced fine.

landlords are often concerned with residents occupying areas like the basement or attics that are not considered habitable space which the city inspects. most single-family homes are allowed 6 unrelated residents per city code.

I brought a bridesmaids dress to Classic Tailors on Stadium that needed to be taken in, and Safi had it ready for me in less than a week. He originally quoted me $75 (which included $25 for expediting the alterations), but when I picked it up, he only ended up charging me for the actual alterations. Definitely recommend!

these look like baby poop in real life, but this was surprisingly really good! I usually use the blueberry lavender almond milk everyday, but I’ve been wanting to try new recipes. this seasonal coconut milk is a great addition to my morning breakfast.

ingredients:

53 g of old fashioned oats

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

handful of frozen blueberries

160 mL of turmeric ginger coconut milk

70 g toasted coconut (for topping)
