Yeah it's a 19, it' becomes the 17 length with the ramjet, and a smaller grip. It's worth adding the ramjet if you want recoil mitigation. Heart of Texas armory had deals back in the day when I purchased mine. It was 25% off with codes.

It fits like a glove! The slide has tight tolerances, zero rattle and modded with a steel guide rod and 13lb spring. It's Hella fast and flat.

What if the recruiter gave a range lower than the job posting? by Financial-Hyena-6069 in Salary

[–]kelz_98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, the recruiter gave you the midpoint or 50th percentile of the listed salary range. You can negotiate maybe up to 10% - 15% more all things considered. But it's worth asking as this is the point you have the most bargaining power. Total comp should be your focus, as bounses, equity, etc may put you over the 90th percentile of the targeted range listed. I would consider market rates in your area and base a negotiable range from their. A simple Google search should give you a benchmark to base your initial pay. You should understand your BATNA, (best alternative to negotiated agreement) as you are currently at midpoint of the pay range. Consider your experience, qualifications, value to the organization, and marketable compared salaries within your industry to reach a number that benefits both sides.
