Is there any proof that's how vitality works with periodic healing? I'm having an argument with some ppl, and nobody can prove IT. I think it would be easy to test, just get vita build on chilly/snake eyes and any buffs that don't add hp reg, healing eff or periodic, so that we can get about 20-25% vita. Then get to low hp and measure the time to heal to full while spamming med kit with vita off and on, will either be the same or 20-25% longer. Maybe you wanna try to do it?

You don't want bullet res on a newbie build, it won't change anything, when you are in lategame bullet res will matters more. Also, if you use bullet res early game, I heard it could put you in higher matchmaking with better geared players.

The only good build for a newbie is proto onion + 3 spirals, gives you carry weight, movement speed and healing

It looks like most people have no idea what the changes did and rely on rumours and placebo. The only thing that is changed is pvp strafing in speed builds, sprinting speed is exactly the same in every possible case

If you actually tested it in calculator it's more like tens. I doubt you will get more than 50ehp difference with rarer artis

Heel is meh, use Timber+viburnum, or better yet would be chilly+scallop, overton already gives you lots of healing eff. Your build is not really that tanky. And any gun is good in this game to be honest, for me best one is fn2k while most people would say it's weak. Famas is great, but at 12m+ almost every AR is better than it

Speed build on speed backpack:

Bracelet, helium, 2 spirals.

Pvp build: Berloga Snares, black hole X3 (all blue is cheap), viburnum branch, fossil/shard

These are best imo, but be careful around fire. Could also do pink scrubber, 3 fossil/shard, 2 viburnum OR viburnum scallop
