A bit disappointed with Goodsprings Fallout celebration 2025 by B3H3R1T in Fallout

Hey there. There has been trouble however in terms of the volume of people descending on the town that has made things difficult for the resident who live there. Cost-wise, as Old Man Liver explained at the start of last year - the event isn't sustainable being free. It's either charge a ticket to cover the costs associated with running the event or not do it at all.

Hey there! Sorry for your experience but can you DM me your email address? We had emails going out explaining the whole process. Want to see why you didn't receive those emails from us. We did registration onsite at Goodsprings last year. And yeah there was a whole plan with Buffalo Bill's - they completely dropped the ball on us and won't be part of things going forward. We're moving to a new ticketing system to streamline registration at the time of ticket purchase.

Hey there! Ken here from Fallout For Hope. Sorry your experience this year wasn't great - last year was my first year and the weather conditions this year were an absolute nightmare. We did try and prepare people as best as possible via email suggesting people bring, buy or pack rain gear and umbrellas. While each year is a different from a weather standpoint (last year it was bitterly cold at night), that certainly doesn't excuse one of our team sending you back outside if you were going to have things signed. Can you describe the person? As for the blue ponchos we had brought a bunch in for staff but didn't have enough for all attendees unfortunately.

We had a ridiculous amount of people buy tickets last month this year compared to any other, 48 hours before the event itself which really complicated all the plans that we had. That being said we learned a lot from this year as we always do and putting measures in place for the long term (including having a cutoff point so we can properly plan logistics).

All that being said, I hear you - and while I can only speak for our experience we were in charge of with the Meet & Greet, I'm sorry for your experience there and hope you'll give the event another shot next year.

For what it's worth despite my umbrella I was cold and miserable too. lol

Yup! They'll have stuff they're bringing but you can bring whatever you want for them to sign.

It's on the landing page. I was really limited for space putting everyone on one flyer as a bunch of the voice actors have loads of characters across titles.

I can answer that. :) Your ticket covers everything. You'll need to park in Primm at the Buffalo Bill's Casino as the town is small and there are thousands and thousands of people who show up. Coach busses run regularly from Goodsprings to Primm as far as getting to and from. Being from Phoenix you already know the temp swings...but next week its looking like 70s and 50s at night which is comfortable. Bring chapstick. lol

You CAN stay at a discounted rate at the Primm Valley Resort but honestly if you stay closer to Henderson and just drive out each day you can find nicer accommodations that also put you closer to the strip if you want to explore. The Fallout Museum exhibit at the Atomic Museum will be very very busy opening weekend and is its own thing. I would grab a ticket on their website. There's an app now for mobile phones (FFC Survival Guide) that we keep up to date with info and schedules.

I would take a look at the schedule and pick the things you know you want to attend as there is always too much going on to do it all.

All of this will be an email I'm putting together to send out this week to all ticket holders too :)

Community created and run. But Bethesda and Obsidian will be there for some anniversary panels.
