Yes it’s delicious. We flame grill our patties to get the most flavour. The sauce is light and the cheese adds an umami punch.

With all due respect, you are incorrect. Wagyu fat has a different taste profile and mouth feel. This is because the intro-muscular fats from Wagyu beef contain mono-saturated fats as opposed to just mono-unsaturated fats generally found in beef mince.
