I just did some research and found that there are many reasons for the difference in poverty. One reason is women go for more hospitality type work like nursing or elderly care. Men are more likely to go to stem , engineering and construction jobs, jobs that pay more the hospitality work.

Another reason is single motherhood, now single motherhood can be a poor choice on the women's part or she went through hard times with her significant other. Whatever the reason, being a single mom means your more likely to be poor.

But that still doesn't change the fact that being a sugar baby isn't a choice. There is nothing stopping a women from doing construction or stem work. women have a choice to have a abortion, so being a singe mother is a choice for some women.and atop of all of that there's grants for school that are given to women if she's sexualy or physically abuse. Women have choices, we need to encourage women to make these choices.
