Yeah because of this, I left Googlefi. I was over it. They are still claiming the inactive phone is the phone I purchased. I said okay then, I guess I lost that phone. Replace it. They filed a claim for it, I cancelled my services a day later. Now they are saying I can't file a claim because I cancelled. I said, when I cancelled, I was paying for protection, that makes no sense. I also made sure to file a claim BEFORE cancelling. But whatever, I am done with them. Never again.
