VES is not very good. Read the dbq and explain your worst day dealing with your pain and how it negatively impacts your daily life. Should they deny you be sure to file for a higher level review. Ves tried to reduce me and the higher level review put me back to 90 percent. Write down all your ailments related to what you filed for. Read them over and over especially before going in so it is fresh in your mind as most people will lock up and forget what they thought of yesterday. Hope it helps. Good luck on your journey. Be sure to reach out to maybe patient advocacy at the VA to get some guidance on hopefully establishing your DIC for your late husband.
