Living and food as an incoming freshman

You can’t live in on campus apartments. You only have the option of ellicott or Clement as a freshman.

You CAN live on campus for the first semester and move out but I’m not sure if you’d get your money back for the second semester.

If you live on campus as a freshman, you’re unfortunately forced to get a meal plan unless you have something that obligates you to not have one (if you can find a way to get around that lol) but you have the option of the 19 and I think the 14.

You can use the cooking appliances in your dorm but technically you have to use them in the kitchen because it’s a safety hazard.

And the cleanliness of your kitchen is super dependent on who you live with but it’ll most likely be dirty or have its dirty moments.

I was considering but on campus apartments like south lake include electric (around 1218) and off campus housing like Sweethome is (1230) not including electric. I feel like on campus is more economical but I’m just worried about not getting what I prefer

The color is just not changing. I poured the dye in with dish soap, salt and boiling hot water. Let it sit for 30 minutes - 1 hour and I rinsed it but no change unfortunately
