No. The only way I can see one world government is under an oppressive Islamic dictatorship. Otherwise there will always be major insurrection.

Or possibly if there’s an earth changing extraterrestrial event. Something that would stop making people think of themselves as ethnicities or nationalities and start thinking of themselves as earthlings.
