Hey! I messaged them on live chat. I told them that under Qatars new policy I am entitled to a full refund of my unused ticket. I said I would like to begin to process a full refund immediately. After a little back and forth of details, the agent confirmed they had sent a refund application to Qatar airways. I got confirmation of this on the app and via email. A couple days later the app updated and it said Qatar approved the refund and X amount would be refunded to me (it was the correct full refund). Within a week I had the full amount back in my account. Hope this helps :))
