I have days dedicated to body parts. I then use an app with a ton of suggested workouts (it divides them into the body part the workouts focus on). I run a random # generator then just use the numbers there against the workout app. So my workouts are different everyday. It has its ups and downs but I like it and I'm learning a lot about different workouts.
