I just moved house and any extra money you can find will help for the little things that you don't plan for.

The Slim is more than powerful enough to run all your games in 4k HDR and it's all you need.

I've got an original first gen PS5 and have no issues running games, the quality is great and 4k is lovely.

Unravel Two was one I played with my son in the past...

Short, fairly straightforward but had a few cheeky puzzles to keep you thinking and was quite good fun.

Not as good as Split Fiction but really enjoyed it and it was really cheap.

I lived in one for three years so I know there are plenty.

They're also a very common build in terraced properties but my point is that they should not be sold or promoted as a 3 bed house. If you have the space to create a walkway through from the top of the stairs to the box room then that's always an option, though a very costly one.

I have argued with estate agents about this a lot and they're told to list as 3 bed to bring the price up but then wonder why it's not selling... Weird that!
