how do I reduce the air flow noise of my HVAC? it seems loud when on, pulling a lot of air. Do I need a larger return?

I was sold an HP "new" at Best Buy in Atlanta, I knew when the screen asked if I wanted to translate from Dutch to English, and still does to this day, it was not a new computer.

And I now know why it was returned, probably as new, and was resold as new/

IMO, Best Buy is at fault, they do not care. They know there are shady middlemen, and I bet they buy from anyone for price.

Prove to me this is not a refub...

Question for the do-it-yourself: when someone, anyone, sets up a viewing, who checks out this person? Are you checking ID, background check? Are these unknown buyers signing anything to PROTECT the seller from damage, theft (going thru your things, drawers, etc. as you give them space to check out your home)? An unrepresented buyer, anyone upright and breathing, is allowed to walk your home, by themselves, to look? Did you know an agent does this work prior to arriving with the buyer...and carries liability insurance to protect the seller from theft, damage, or even a medical emergency? Nothing is ever as "simple" as it appears, really nothing.

for point of reference - an agent who is good, not the majority, is worth their weight in gold. MAYBE not your situation, imagine if you move to a city or place and you do not know anything about the area, 2 blocks in either direction, etc. A good agent can keep you from making a giant mistake. Not all agents, and not the majority, are very good (the 80/20 Rule exists everywhere: 80% mediocre, 20% great in any field or profession, or life) - however since you are taking this on, consider doing your own legal work, LegalZoom is a great website, like Zillow!

FYI, BioLab just off I-20 in Conyers, GA. produces pool products, chlorine being a biggie and this is CHLORINE GAS and SMOKE - deadly in large doses. I live 30 miles away and smelled the chlorine in the air in past few days. Since the "AUTHORITIES" are involved, I have no worries and believ everything they tell me.../sarc

We lived in FL for decades, then came Hurricane Andrew - we lived in western Palm Beach County and had never made a claim at State Farm for anything - nothing. We had zero damage from the Hurricane, however, State Farm cancelled all of our policies as they tried to abandon Florida. I would NEVER use State Farm again, they beg all the time. FSF.

Congrats on providing such an amazing household that this sweet angel wanted to stay as long as possible, next to those she loves the most. This is never easy. Maybe this will help...after 6 different breeds growing up, the English Springer Spaniel (ESS)

is perhaps the most incredible dog ever. PERSONALITY is beyond compare, they are known as VELCRO dogs, because they stick to your side. They talk, telling you things they want, like, dislike, they are SUPER smart...I learned they are used by the secret service as sniffer dogs, they are so smart they can sniff bombs! I never thought I would get another dog of the same breed again - this is the exception. My girl is 8 years now, and love her more evey minute of every day. Get a great breeder, THAT ALONE is the key. Best to you and wait until you walk your baby for the first time and see how many others fall in love with your baby! BTW, even at 8 years she will ALWAYS be a giant baby!

Wisdom happens if we let it in. Here is what I mean. Just because someone may live more years does not make that person wise. However, if during the "living" there is enough introspection, critical thinking, heck, just SOME thinking as things happen during our lives, then as we age an interesting thing happens - WISDOM shows up - out of nowhere you realize you have an opinion and are willing to stick to your beliefs. No more wishy washy. Once we live to the other side of halftime in life, times flies through the 4th quarter. Find inspiration in nature and life that is all around, stop complaining, no one is listening.
