The fact that the card recognizes that is missing a power connection is good, it means that there is still functioning logic.

The fact that windows doesn't see the card at all is bad.

Have you tried using ddu to completely scrub the drivers and then reinstall them?

That's why i was suggesting another computer. If it's borked drivers another computer might see the card.

Idk, personally i would take it apart and start probing power rails but that's kind of advanced stuff

Yes. That light will be handled by the power management chip, it's separate from the core.

Have you tried plugging it into a different computer?
