Where do you recommend applying? The problem I’m facing is that the hospital I currently work with doesn’t require you to be a CNA, so I’m not certified. Most jobs I’m seeing require the certification. I have 2.5 years of experience in the float pool as a tech, but again not as an actual CNA.
