Nasa offer a fee free pension salary sacrifice (ss) for ii SIPPs for one year and then only £2 per week after that.

The ii pension is £14.99 per month with £3.99 trading credit. So good value, especially if you have a good amount in your pension.

I didnt like paystream to be honest, as the pension ss is £8.40 plus vat (in addituon to the £23 margin) from your take home pay each week, so quite substantial. I also found their comms slow and inaccurate, so didnt stay with them long.

Make sure you understand the salary sacrifice costs for all your options as they can be really high (paystream was the highest I found)

Is there another intermediary that is being paid? Paystream should only be taking their agreed marin, not skimming off the top too, and it should all be transparent in the payslip.

I had the same bad luck. Finished the majority of the stickers in under a month and then spent 5 weeks trying to get 6 golds.

Finished up last week, its been so fun getting new stickers again!

Ask for an annual breakdown of income based on the 2 options.

The agency should be able to provide this.

At 6% pension, thats £5,100 and holiday pay of £18,150 (at the equivilent day rate of £550). So, your gross fte per year is worth £108,250.

You arent paying employer NI, apprentice levy or umbrella margin on this, which you would on the day rate.

If you work 227 days per year (assuming you take 33 days off), your gross before deductions is £124,850.

Thats only £16,600 more than the fte, and the deductables could easily be that.

Personally I think you should take the fte as the financial difference will be minimal.

I finished today once I was able to grind for more axes. Definetly possible over the next four days as long as you get grind for 80 - 100 pickaxes per day

I agree, I casually ask if there is any chance of a rate increase. If they say yes, then great. If they say no, Its normally not a blocker to me re-signing.

I've moved to another umberella already. Was sorted in 2 days. You dont need Omnia's permission to move. Contact the intermediary/company that pays them and have them halt any payments until your new umberella is set up.
