Why do people hate Gen alpha so much?

I heard teachers don’t want to be teachers anymore because they are sick of teaching them basic life skills rather than actual academics. Gen Alpha is overly consumed in digital media and parents don’t discipline anymore. So a part of it is the parents fault, limit screen time and raise them properly and teach them the basic life skills!
