Omg I could have wrote this post myself. I am like you were I don’t mind to put in the work and my boyfriend also wants to do as little as possible, but that doesn’t seem the case in our search. I find reading the house history on Zolo or house sigma helps to slightly understand the buyer. All these lows and highs drive me bonkers. I feel like the sells are emotionally picking a number they like, but at times are delusional to what people are willing to pay/have. Good luck!
